The bad news came as Bell and his wife Treva were on their way to the Lottery offices to claim their winnings – they got news of Treva’s father dying unexpectedly. The mood went from elated to somber very quickly.
The Bell’s have decided to use their winnings to improve the lives of others, and they will start with their 3 adult children by buying them houses. They will also pay off their own mortgage. Bell plans to keep his bus-driving job for a little while, until they figure out what to do with the rest of the money.
